  6. This is a patch for the French and German retail version of Scorched Planet.  It
  7. does not constitute the game itself, and must be used in conjunction with the
  8. purchased product.

  12. Installation

  16. Copy the files SPVERITE.EXE and SPD3D.UC to your Scorched Planet installation directory.
  17. Replace existing files when prompted.

  19. After this, the patch is installed, and will take effect next time you run Scorched
  20. Planet.  Note that you must re-apply the patch should you re-install the game from
  21. the CD.

  29. This patch will increase the speed of your Rendition optimised game by a factor of
  30. around 2.  In addition, bi-linear filtering will be enabled.  This provides further
  31. quality improvements in the game.
